劳动观是习近平治国理政思想的重要组成部分。这些思想观点是在经济新常态下,劳动力资源需要转型升级;社会转型发展期,劳动关系矛盾凸显、多发;实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,需要以劳动为支撑等背景下形成的。习近平的劳动观主要包括:在劳动价值观上,提出劳动创造财富,创造幸福;在劳动精神观上,号召劳动最光荣,劳动最崇高,劳动最伟大,劳动最美丽;在劳动关系观上,要求构建和谐劳动关系,保护劳动者权益;在工会工作观上,强调工会工作只能加强,不能削弱;只能改进提高,不能停滞不前。
Abstract：The concept of labor is an important part of Xi Jinping's thinking on administration of the state. Such concept takes shape in the background of the demand of transformation and upgrading of labor resources in the Economic New Normal, the significant and frequent conflict concerning labor relation in the period of social transformation and the supply of labor to achieve the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of China. It is put forward in his concept that work creates wealth and happiness regarding the value of labor, that working is honorable and significant regarding the spirit of labor, that it is necessary to establish a harmonious relation of labor and to protect the interest of workers and the influence and effect of working union should be strengthened and improved.
